A former Indy Racing League champion, Tony Stewart has turned to NASCARīs Winston Cup Series to complete his auto racing dreams. In his rookie season he won three races (a title tied by Jimmie Johnson in 2002) and went on to win the Rookie of the Year award. In 2001, the Number 20 Home Depot Pontiac finished second overall in the point standings and the next year, Stewart won the Winston Cup Championship. For 2003, Stewart is trading in his Pontiac for a Chevrolet.
