2001 proved to be Rick Crawford´s most successful season in NASCAR´s Craftsman Truck Series. He finished eight in points after two second place finishes. Previously Crawford had been racing in the Hills Bros All Pro Series, where he won five times during a string of five consecutive top-10 championship finishes.
