Ben Leslie is no stranger to racing. He started his racing career working for his brother Tracy´s ARCA car. Since then, he has moved up into several of NASCAR´s series and has worked with several drivers like Kurt Busch, Ted Musgrave, Matt Kenseth and Mark Martin. Currently, Ben Leslie is with Roush Racing and is the crew chief to Mark Martin´s Pfizer/Viagra Team.
